Everything was great, except the weather; it was cold outside. The staff was nice and very attentive to chat with. Overall experience was fairly nice!

The studio has 2 single beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. It feels cozy and comfortable, perfect for a laid-back stay. It also features a balcony or patio, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or soak up the sun. The flat-screen TV is a great addition for some relaxed entertainment after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the fact that there was no Wi-Fi access in the studio. But hey, some people might prefer a tech-free getaway.

Wanted to see Puerto de la Cruz popular places and this apartment was amazing base for exploring most of them. Employees were amazingly great and nice all the time. Its location was peaceful, 1 km from Lake Martianez Leisure Park.

Rooms were slightly tired.

We had a perfectly pleasant stay in Puerto de la Cruz not far from Martianez beach, Loro park and about 500 m to the beach.

We had a nice stay in Puerto de la Cruz near to about 500 m to the beach, main bus station and the pizzeria next door. Staff was helpful and very attentive, assisted with everything. The accommodation included a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and an individual safe. Big bonus was a bathtub and super comfy bathroom. Food for breakfast was good...

The location of the accommodation was perfect, as it was close to the town center where we found many nice restaurants to dine in. We were also pleased to discover that it was near a bridge, allowing us to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the beautiful views. the beach was just a short distance away, making it convenient for us to spend our days by the sea.

We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment.

The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and there was a bus stop within walking distance. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the shower worked well. Despite some noise from a nearby restaurant in the evening, the music always stopped by 10:30 pm. The Wi-Fi in our room was reliable. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was spacious with a decent kitchen area and a generous balcony that even had a table and chairs. The location was great, allowing us to see the sea in the distance from our balcony. The staff, particularly the barman at the pool area and the lady at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better was a wider variety of choices.

Clean room, serviced daily. The open-air bar-restaurant downstairs offers delicious food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed the steak with mushroom sauce and the fresh fish. The hotel is located halfway up a hill, providing a nice view. Though there are a few steps down to the town and beach, a taxi ride is affordable at around 3 euros 50. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at both Chinyero and Pez Azul were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The location was also great, with nearby attractions such as the Martianez Shopping Center and beautiful gardens within walking distance. we had a wonderful family experience at Chinyero and would highly recommend it to other families.

For dads, it would be great if Chinyero could provide a kids' play area or activity room to keep the younger ones entertained.

Cheap, perfect for short stays. Smooth Wi-Fi, big rooms with terraces. Good location near shops, restaurants, and bus stops. Close to shopping center Martianez and beautiful gardens. Helpful cleaning staff. Good water flow and hot water. 24-hour reception available in separate building within walking distance.
